Aircraft Mechanic
The New Firewall Forward in Loveland, Colorado is currently seeking an experienced Aircraft
Mechanic to join our team. For over 40 years The New Firewall Forward has been producing some
of the highest quality piston engine overhauls in the industry. Candidate must be proficient in all
aspects of General Aviation maintenance with emphasis on piston engines and accessories.

  • IA license preferred, A&P license minimum, experience in a related aviation field with be given
    consideration in lieu of a A&P license.
  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on aircraft maintenance, experience in general aviation aircraft is a
    requirement, experience in corporate aircraft a plus.
  • Must have own tools to complete the job assigned.
  • An understanding of all aircraft manufacturers Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs,
    Structural Repair Manuals.
  • Knowledge of Service Bulletins and Airworthy Directives.
  • Ability to communicate well.
  • No limitations on confined space.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • No drug or alcohol convictions within the last 3 years.
  • Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
  • Must be willing to work any shift.
  • Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
  • Must have valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Aircraft Structure Mechanic
The New Firewall Forward in Loveland, Colorado is currently seeking an experienced Aircraft
Structure Mechanic to join our team. Candidate must be proficient in aircraft structural repair, sheet
metal repair, riveting and fabrication.

  • IA license preferred, A&P license minimum, experience in a related aviation field with be given
    consideration in lieu of a A&P license.
  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on aircraft maintenance, experience in general aviation aircraft is a
    requirement, experience in corporate aircraft a plus.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Must have own tools to complete the job assigned.
  • An understanding of all aircraft manufacturers Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs,
    Structural Repair Manuals.
  • Knowledge of Service Bulletins and Airworthy Directives.
  • Ability to communicate well.
  • No limitations on confined space entry and ability to lift 50 pounds.
